Contact form submissions are used exclusively to respond to your inquiry. Your email will not be added to any marketing list without explicit separate opt-in consent.

3. Data Storage

Contact submissions are transmitted via encrypted SMTP to help@rokenal.com. No separate visitor database is maintained. Emails are retained for 24 months and then permanently deleted.

4. Cookies

rokenal.com does not deploy tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. The site may use browser session storage for UI state only — this data does not transmit to any external server.

5. Third Parties

We use Google Fonts and CDN-served JavaScript libraries. These requests may transmit your IP address to Google and Cloudflare as part of standard asset delivery.

6. Your Rights

Request deletion of any personally identifiable data by emailing help@rokenal.com with subject "Data Deletion Request." Confirmed within 30 calendar days.
